Cancellation Policy

Amarna Institute of Health Online Booking & Enrollment Policy Welcome to the Amarna Institute of Health. To ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience for all our professionals, please review our policies regarding course bookings, refunds, live sessions, and technical support. 1. Enrollment and Access Booking & Payment: Full payment or an approved payment plan must be secured at the time of booking. Account Access: Upon successful enrollment, you will receive login credentials to access your course materials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without a refund. Course Expiration: Self-paced certification modules and continuing education courses are accessible for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the program description. 2. Refund Policy We want you to be confident in your professional development. Our refund policies vary slightly depending on the format of your training: Self-Paced Online Courses: If you find the course does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not attended or completed more than 1 module and have not downloaded proprietary blueprints or resources. Live Virtual Classes & Cohorts: Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Non-Refundable Items: Administrative fees, digital downloads (such as standalone curriculum blueprints), and completed certification courses are strictly non-refundable. 3. Rescheduling & Live Session Attendance For courses that include live, instructor-led virtual sessions, attendance and participation are critical. Rescheduling by the Student: If you need to reschedule a live session, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will gladly move you to the next available session. There is no rebooking fee. Instructor Cancellations: If Amarna Institute of Health must cancel or reschedule a live session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a priority reschedule or a prorated refund for that session. 4. Technical Issues & Online Access Solutions Taking classes online requires reliable technology.
